Every internal combustion engine operates on the principle of converting thermal energy into mechanical work. During fuel in cylinders, heat is released. It also has its negative effects; one overheating cylinders and general. Since parts are made metal with own characteristics, optimal temperature must be achieved order to protect components from and, thus, undesirable consequences overheating. For this purpose, cooling medium used as a means maintaining optimum temperature. Keeping system functional long possible minimizing deviations very complex difficult tasks. The complexity marine requires finding modes operation, which results an increased use simulation models. This paper indicates advantages using dynamics tool for simulating certain events realistic economically acceptable way prevent entire system.
